Kane's 2nd birthday was a turning point for me. I've discovered a new way of using sugar and I love it! Sugar paste, otherwise known as fondant, is now my preferred way of "saying it with sugar". The birthday boy loves animals and this cake got him so excited that he was shrieking when he saw it. Joy to my heart. xx
