Meet the Sanrio Family!  An extremely last minute order from my neighbor, for fondant toppers for a kids' party.  I had a lot of fun with these, and really brought me back to my childhood when Sanrio characters played such a big part in my life.  Here's hoping the kids will love these as much as I do.

It's been an incredibly packed and enjoyable evening, preparing and packing the cupcakes to go off for baby Dylan's 1st month baby shower celebration tomorrow.  Client likes more modeling work, and requested for a colorful theme.

Who says carrot cakes only come in slices?  With a touch of pineapple to lift the taste, these little cakes are a perfect tropical treat.  Coupled with cream cheese frosting and chopped pecans, I promise they taste even better than they look :-)
